Cynergy acted as owner's representative for the Gaylord Family of Oklahoma City in the infrastructure design and construction of this 750-acre site in North Dallas. The picture to the left shows the tract prior to development and the right hand picture illustrates the economic impact of this major North Texas commerical development. The mixed-use office, retail and residential project is now anchored by the 1.2 million sf Stonebriar Centre regional mall and a numerous other hotel, retail and multifamily developments. The project received numerous local and national awards for design and construction.
